NOTICE: The pool has been closed by the city due to building code updates that are needed. We do not know when it will re-open. The clubhouse is available but not the pool. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.

- Residents cannot have multiple bookings within a 30 day period reserved by the same street address.

Clubhouse RULES:
- Residents cannot have multiple bookings within a 30 day period reserved by the same street address.
- No loud noise or music past 10 PM EST when using the clubhouse.
- Residents must be out of the clubhouse by 11:59 PM EST the day of the rental.
- After booking the clubhouse, if you need to cancel the reservation you reach out to a board member to have the reservation canceled.
- You will need to meet with a board member usually the evening before your rental date to pick up keys. This meeting will be arranged via email.
- When you pick up the keys you will need to give the board member a $250 deposit check that will be given back if the clubhouse is left in good condition.
