HOA Dues are due every quarter on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. You can send a check to Banning Management or pay online at truist.com/payments. If paying online you'll need your home's serial and unit numbers to log in.

• Residents cannot have multiple bookings within a 30 day period reserved by the same street address. 
• No loud noise or music past 10 PM EST when using the clubhouse. 
• Residents must be out of the clubhouse by 11:59 PM EST the day of the rental. 
• After booking the clubhouse, if you need to cancel the reservation you reach out to a board member to have the reservation canceled. 
• You will need to meet with a board member usually the evening before your rental date to pick up keys. This meeting will be arraigned via email. 
• When you pick up the keys you will need to give the board member a $250 deposit check that will be given back if the clubhouse is left in good condition. 

There are over 400 homes located in The Valley. 

All exterior changes to your house require HOA board approval. Please fill out an ARC form request located here, and submit it to  banning@banmgtinc.com.
